Lori Copling – Director of Nursing

Lori Copling has worked as a Registered Nurse for over 35 years.  As a teenager, her Mom and baby brother almost died during childbirth. The nurse caring for her Mom recognized the severity of the situation and saved her and her brother’s life.  That situation led to Lori pursuing nursing as a career and wanting to be like that nurse, who was a strong advocate for her patients and truly made a difference. Most of her experience has been in Women’s Services (Labor and Delivery, Nursery, Postpartum).  She has also worked in Home Health, the Emergency Department, as a Nursing Instructor and a Nurse Manager.  She has received multiple nursing certifications and awards and was recently awarded Nurse of the Year by her colleagues at Cache Valley Hospital.  Lori received her Nursing degree at Brigham Young University and has taken Master’s Degree courses at University of Phoenix.  When Lori is not working, she loves spending time with her family.  She has been married to her husband, Nathan, for 35 years and they currently reside on a small farm in Richmond, Utah.  She enjoys gardening and helping with the chores around the farm. Her children and grandchildren are her pride and joy!  She has four children and will welcome her 12th grandchild this year.  Some of her favorite past times are traveling, Jeep and Harley Davidson rides and holding Cousin Camp for the grandkids.
